A Master Instrument – distinctive in sound and design

Developed in close cooperation with the bass trombone players Jürgen Zellner (Nuremberg Philharmonic Orchestra) and Benjamin Appel (Munich Philharmonic Orchestra and member of the famous brass ensemble “Blechschaden”).
Benjamin Appel: “The new bass trombone “Orchestra symphonic” is characterised by an easy response and a warm sound in all levels. With the huge bell (diameter 270 mm) and the new “open flow”-valves you can also prompt play at Bruckner and Wagner extreme volume, whereas the tone is never been pushed. Because of its flexibility, it is a truly succeeded bass trombone convincing not only in an orchestra, but also in brass ensembles!”

Martin van den Berg (Metropole Orchestra): "The new bass trombone “Orchestra signature” with the “open flow”-valves is a refined bass trombone which deserves the title "allround" even more than before! I have never played
a bass trombone which combines this level of excellent tone quality, flexibility through all registers and clear attack on every note. With the exchangeable bell section the extremes in music styles are even better to handle; a warm, open sound with the 10,2” bell for symphony orchestras and a compact, clear sound with the 9,5” bell for jazz orchestras!"

recommendation for the big band bass trombone player:
brass bell 240 mm (9.5"), “Orchestra symphonic” slide

off-set construction:
The second valve can only be used with the first valve.
in-line construction:
consecutive valves, each valve can also be used on their own.

Special features for brass trombones
with two rotary valves:
Curved grip brace on the body and slide enables a special comfortable and non-tireing holding position of the trombone. The adjustable trigger board completes the user-friendly design.
