Bart van Lier: “The Bart van Lier “.512“ has the same characteristic like the models “.480/88 MK II” and “.500”. The differences are the larger bore and the larger bell leading to an increased sound. Because of these features, this model is applicable in brass bands very well. The model “.512” is comparably suitable for chamber musical purposes as well as for jazz and classic solos.”
