Trombones of the “Bart van Lier“-edition

Excellent for Jazz, Pop, Salsa, Big Band

Since 1996, we have successfully cooperated with the accepted worldwide solo trombonist of the “Metropole Orchestra Hilversum” Bart van Lier. We have developed a whole trombone edition of modern, high-quality instruments suited for jazz, big band and the symphonic section. In addition to his activities as orchestra musician and lecturer for trombone at the university in Rotterdam, tours, workshops and master classes took him around the world.

All trombones of our “Bart van Lier”-edition have a nickel silver outer slide with curved grip brace, hard-chrome plated nickel silver inner slides and a special mouthpiece “Bart van Lier”.

The basic model with the curved grip brace on the slide is standing for a comfortable holding position of the trombone. Additional, the model “.500” and the model “.512” have a curved grip brace on the body supporting the comfortable and non-tiring holding position.
